ACNE STUDIOS & MULBERRY TO COLLABORATE

Posted on by Cameron Tewson

Forget the latest H&M Collaboration, here is one I’m all for…. This morning, Acne Studios & Mulberry have announced they will be collaborating on a leather goods collection. Launching November 5th, the collection between the British and Scandi houses will consist of bags and small leather goods, marrying together the signature designs of the two houses.

With an impressive resume to date, the collaboration is only another great project under the helm of Mulberry’s creative director, Johnny Coca. Coca joined in 2015 to oversee the ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories collections, as well as the image and the evolution of Mulberry’s legacy. In a 2018 interview, Coca told us that he wanted to keep the brand accessible to as many people as possible while staying true to its heritage. With a rich history, as a brand, Mulberry in previous years have collaborated with Mungo & Maud, Wedgewood and American store, Target back in 2010.

The collection will be stocked in select UK & International stores, sign up to Mulberry here.
